Barcelona's Andres Iniesta Unconcerned By Recent Doping Allegations

| Tuesday, March 22, 2011
Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta has claimed he is not bothered who is behind the recent doping allegations against the club.

The Camp Nou giants have already confirmed legal action against a Spanish radio station after insinuations were broadcast over fitness methods used by the Blaugrana, and league rivals Valencia.

But, Iniesta, who is on international duty with Spain for their Euro 2012 qualifiers against the Czech Republic and Lithuania, said to AS: "What has happened is very serious, but we are just thinking about playing and that things go well."

"I don't think of who can be behind it. These are things which happen in the world of sport and football."

Asked whether he was thinking of leaving Barcelona, the World Cup winner added: "I am very happy at Barcelona and I want to stay here for many years."

League leaders Barca are back in action following the international break with an away game at Villarreal on April 3, while Spain play the Czech Republic on Friday night.
